      - Average pay for new hire - standard benefit

      Cons

      Ratting system had big problem. HR or Upper management can hold/ignore your yearly performance for half year. They think it's not important to employee at all. Work well and contribution are not something them appreciate, behave in an obsequious or sycophantic way will help you quickly get promo in this company.
