      Pros

      Great place to kick off as a college graduate but not a place to build a career

      Cons

      Management has “favorites” a.k.a untouchables which is unprofessional to people that have experience.. Management neglect real talent and their employees ability to handle big projects .. The company has proprietary product that doesn’t benefit the industry but they judge “technical ability” of an employee based on one product

      Solid team dynamics across departments. Good new training coupled with product. Products work.

      As with all OEMs currently, global supply chain has made pricing changes more frequent.

      HR does a good job with recruiting and onboarding. The exec team seems invested in the company's success. The broader team is excited about the company's future. There is a good level of transparency and communication.

      Cons

      Nothing to report, this is focused on initial impressions and onboarding.
