      Pros

      I've been at the company just a few months, but I'm convinced it was a the best decision. The people are so friendly, very smart, and we have great team-work.

      Cons

      We are outgrowing out space due to so many new hires :-) I guess that is a good thing as well.

      Solid team dynamics across departments. Good new training coupled with product. Products work.

      Cons

      As with all OEMs currently, global supply chain has made pricing changes more frequent.

      HR does a good job with recruiting and onboarding. The exec team seems invested in the company's success. The broader team is excited about the company's future. There is a good level of transparency and communication.

      Cons

      Nothing to report, this is focused on initial impressions and onboarding.
