      Benefits, Office, Operational stability, Sales forecast accuracy, Stock options.

      Cons

      Leadership is moving the company through a transition. May that be through profitability, headcount, or ownership. Time will tell but it's not a place to build a career now. HR is incapable of performing due to there only being 2 people on staff to deal with hundreds of employees.

      HR does a good job with recruiting and onboarding. The exec team seems invested in the company's success. The broader team is excited about the company's future. There is a good level of transparency and communication.
