Pros
Most of team members are willing to share knowledge and help each other, and I have a good local manager. Some good perks like free dinner, health insurance, and occasional team building budget Flexible work hours (but the schedule are usually tight) Resources for working on ADC, DDoS environment if you are interested
Cons
Overemphasize work hard rather than work smart (process can be enhanced for better efficiency) Not very open and transparent for non-HQ branches, lack of vision and long-term plan communication I don't see many career opportunities such as promotion or relocation in my country. Terrible IPO, stock reverse split plus weak stock price, results in loss of many talents
