      Pros

      They are trying to do really hard for employees and team. They always use multiple automation tool to make things more automate. They follow Agile Methodologies and allow team to try new tools if it increase productivity. There are so many things we can learn and try. High growth rate

      Cons

      There Payment is low. They don't do spoonfeeding. They give blunt feedback without thinking of how it feel but it's for companies betterment but it hurts.

      Work Culture is very good. Schedule is very good. Team Ideas are very good. Knowledge is very good. Strength is very good.
