Focused purely on sales, rather than technical assistance and delivery. Continually undermine and negatively impact junior and mid tier staff for the benefit of managers. This business was made up of two organisations (KarelCAD and AEC Systems). One was a technically very capable organisation with a great working culture, fantastic relationships with clients and respect across all levels, the other was a micromanaging organisation who's sole focus was selling rather than being trusted partners with clients and did not trust any employee. Post merger there was a bedding down period, but eventually the latter organisations culture and processes won out (essentially by a coup which involved doing a takeover while 2 senior managers were on leave). The company has now only got managers from the latter organisation as all quality account managers and technical consultants have moved on. From speaking to people that are still there, there is no redeeming feature of this organisation for either employees or clients.
