- focuses on a high quality product and high quality service - cares about the team - fun atmosphere / team - freedom and flexibility through contract work - remote team but works closely and is supportive
Cons
- contract work so no benefits (healthcare / insurance, etc - customer service management will always have hard work/life balance but the global team and support help make it drastically better!
