Pros
I have been working for Config for over a year and it has provided a tremendous opportunity to learn both technology and consulting skills at an exponential rate. To excel in this company you need to practice self discipline and take on more responsibility. You have the ability to learn as much as you want and become the best you can be. However, nobody here is going to breath down your neck and you will be let go if you don't pull your own weight.
Cons
In the past the organizational structure has been unorganized and confusing but upper management is currently making a big push to overcome this. Very excited for the future!
