Pros
I recently joined A5 Labs, and it has been a wonderful experience, the most flexible and agile work environment with a very flat structure. In our present setup, we all work remotely, so there is not a 9-6 workday since we all have to be flexible with each other's time zones. I receive about 2-5 emails a day, the rest is in slack/Jira, and I don't think I have been cc on any emails since I started, only mails that need my action or attention. Since the company trusts we can plan and live up to our responsibility and still deliver a sound output and keep our deadlines, we have unlimited holidays and even HR chasing us if they don't feel we have taken enough. We work with very disruptive tech solutions, and everyone looks pretty content and happy to be part of something so new and exciting. I have and can only recommend A5 Labs, it's a great place where fun and challenging every day.
