Good benefits, adequate training, company events held regularly. Work day will go by quickly. Opportunity exists for the right employees.

Cons

Heavy workload, poor work/life balance, stress levels are high. Software technology is lacking, IT support could be better. Expect to work plenty of extra hours.

Pros

Cafe in building with nice view and seating.

Cons

Offers by retail management to train and help you grow weight unfulfilled. Colleague too competitive and would take highest paying leads leaving me with the grunt work. Also not properly addressed by management. Micromanaged like children. Commission and "bonus" structure very unattainable and unrealistic.
