      Lots of bad eggs in the bunch, constantly picking up after peers negligence/laziness/anti-conflict. Lack of accountability for management from managing director.

      Pros

      Cafe in building with nice view and seating.

      Cons

      Offers by retail management to train and help you grow weight unfulfilled. Colleague too competitive and would take highest paying leads leaving me with the grunt work. Also not properly addressed by management. Micromanaged like children. Commission and "bonus" structure very unattainable and unrealistic.
