      Bad management who don't listen to concerns, lazy coworkers, unmaintained trucks, need to have your own tools to be proficient

      Pros

      After working 25 years in retail it has been a breath of fresh air to work for a company that truly cares about its employees (at every level). -a true work life balance -amazing benifits (the cost of which have not gone up) -a company that encourages volunteer time (during the week, and pays you to do it)

      Cons

      -after 3 years I still don’t have ANY cons to working for AAA Northeast.
