      Pros

      After working 25 years in retail it has been a breath of fresh air to work for a company that truly cares about its employees (at every level). -a true work life balance -amazing benifits (the cost of which have not gone up) -a company that encourages volunteer time (during the week, and pays you to do it)

      Cons

      -after 3 years I still don’t have ANY cons to working for AAA Northeast.

      Amazing company to work for, values members and staff! Communication is easy. Teamwork, someone is always available to help. Extensive training to ensure you have time to learn/understand the job.

      • I loved how informative the meeting was • loved the questions at the end as well and I enjoyed how everyone cares about the employees

      None at the moment, town hall meeting was great
