None. The only thing I can think of is due to covid and having to work from home, there are team members in other business lines I wish I could engage with and collaborate with more.
Having said that, we are all brainstorming on ways to improve upon the work-from-home experience currently. It's actually amazing aside from wanting to see people from other business lines more often. So many great ideas were brought up and I'm excited to see what's to come!
Management is so caring in making sure our needs are met, always looking for ways to improve and open to constructive criticism at all times. It is such a safe and welcoming space.
