      Pros

      Not many to be honest, in this department you are just another number. They seem to go out of their way to make you feel unvalued.

      Cons

      Management have no direction and there are no programs or initiatives to promote from within the sales department. They create unposted positions and hire from outside the company.

      Amazing company to work for, values members and staff! Communication is easy. Teamwork, someone is always available to help. Extensive training to ensure you have time to learn/understand the job.

      • I loved how informative the meeting was • loved the questions at the end as well and I enjoyed how everyone cares about the employees
