      Pros

      Great team, positive environment, great training.

      Cons

      The commission structure that had tons upside potential, was never delivered in writing. Once it was finally explained months into the job it ends up just being a customer service job. No upside. If you depend on that commission stay away.

      Amazing company to work for, values members and staff! Communication is easy. Teamwork, someone is always available to help. Extensive training to ensure you have time to learn/understand the job.

      Career growth and promotions can sometimes be slower than expected.
