      Pros

      Co-workers can be helpful, day goes by quick, and get to learn many different things.

      Cons

      Pay isn't worth the stress, too much responsibilities, and co-workers who make inappropriate jokes, politicizing everything, and/or talking behind your back. And every once in a while, you'll get members can be obnoxiously rude, cuss you out, or just be flat out discriminatory, just because the company changed something or they don't like our policy. The job is definitely not worth the headache.

      Amazing company to work for, values members and staff! Communication is easy. Teamwork, someone is always available to help. Extensive training to ensure you have time to learn/understand the job.

      • I loved how informative the meeting was • loved the questions at the end as well and I enjoyed how everyone cares about the employees

      None at the moment, town hall meeting was great
