Pros

Small base salary ( they own you) Brand Recognition and a great 401k. As a whole its a great organizations and offer some of the best employees benefits and perks

Cons

Lack of leads and uncertain work environment & sales system , bosses have no experience selling life insurance, inconsistent messaging and rule changes, authoritarian leadership style, and it takes a long time to get paid.
