Pros

Company itself was great. Training in what they refer to as the “nest” was helpful and the trainers themselves were supportive and informative. Benefits were great and was looking forward to moving up or into different areas of the company.

Cons

My personal supervisor after the training period was barely available and rarely working which led to a major lack of communication and support. Messages to her would go unanswered for over a week, while others I trained with had supervisors that were active and responsive.
