Pros

Good pay , work from home

Cons

Training was horrible and we were all over the place and didn’t focus on the core training to over 50 carriers and 14 states. You have zero time for anything even documenting pertinent info. It’s not disowned for success at all.get ready to be thrown the wolves without proper training.

Pros

They provide you leads. When you call them just say that you just need a couple minutes to see if you can get a cheaper quote than what they are spending if it isn't cheaper I wouldn't bother you. At least you can see id you can save some money.

Cons

It's hard to grind. If you are a dull you are stuck in a pin. Its not a negative but more of a restriction

Pros

It’s close to my home. 401K match.

Cons

Low pay for what you are expected to accomplish on a daily basis. Pennsylvania AAA branches act as a messenger service for the DMV. Benefit cost is ridiculous. Training to be able to do what you expected to do is EXTENSIVE. We just had an awesome associate quit after only a few months. She started a career paying twice as much. A female heavy staff. I won’t elaborate. They reward you with food. I can assure you that no associate in my branch who benefits from cake, pizza and donuts. Tipping the scales with that assortment.
