Pros

Work environment is great Managers are easily reachable, although depends on your manager

Cons

Pay just is not enough. Not competitive in this day and age and I see this backfiring soon. They’d rather underpay you and squeeze as much as they can while holding back the bonus that is owed to you They’ll give you cool backpacks and speakers but won’t pay you well Have to be self motivated and juggle in person customers with phone customers Job is TEDIOUS. You have to go over things several times to make sure you didn’t miss anything.
