6yThank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. I am sorry to hear about your negative experience. The ROM position certainly isn%E2%80%99t for everyone. It is a fast-paced, demanding role that%E2%80%99s key to our success in supporting our franchise organization. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our ROM%E2%80%99s experience. As a matter of fact, we have recently rolled out a new training program to address concerns like yours. Sometimes in the process of transforming an industry, the sweeping changes necessary to disrupt and advance key processes may get messy. I believe firmly that the work our ROMs do is critical and we rely on them to help us shape the future of AAMCO. I hope wherever you have landed is a better fit for you and wish you well.
