-no payscale or scale for improvement or advancement
-as hiring gets harder and harder they hire people with little to no experience for more than they pay the experienced people that have to train them. and theres no benefit for taking on the responsibility of training.
-if you bring up pay you'll get told their either working on it and never hear about it again, or get told to suck it up( they'll usually quit after that )
-right now the most effective way to get paid better at AAR is the leave work elsewhere for 6 months and come back and negotiate in at a better wage this place is really backwards
