      Pros

      1. Good for freshers 2. On time salary

      Cons

      1. Quality of projects, it seems like they literally search what can be a perfect mismatch with our strength and then select it so that employees can be blamed for mishandling work 2. Toxic culture, I have never seen a place with so much favoritism. 3. No defined processes for anything not even for applying leaves. 4. HR team is dysfunctional need better senior HR who can handle employee concerns and there is no open door policy so please stop using it in every other meeting/townhalls. 5. No work life balance at all, they say they like to work hard but wont do it themselves and assign it to juniors. 6. Attitude is that anyone and everyone can be replaced anytime but it never works.

      - flexibility with where and when you work -the ability to work with different clients on various projects ranging from payment recoupment to process improvement

      Avoid this company at all costs. It is impressive how many incompetent and toxic leaders are employed by one place. HR is aware of these leaders but chooses to enable and protect them instead of prioritizing the well being of its employees. Don't believe these positive glassdoor reviews. AArete encourages employees to give positive feedback on glassdoor. The 1 or 2 star reviews are the more realistic view of AArete. - No opportunities to voice your opinion without management taking offense - DEI: AArete talks about DEI but if you look at the organization from top to bottom you can clearly see that its not a priority. -No advancement here. Promotions are very biased -Incompetent managers and directors.
