1. Quality of projects, it seems like they literally search what can be a perfect mismatch with our strength and then select it so that employees can be blamed for mishandling work
2. Toxic culture, I have never seen a place with so much favoritism.
3. No defined processes for anything not even for applying leaves.
4. HR team is dysfunctional need better senior HR who can handle employee concerns and there is no open door policy so please stop using it in every other meeting/townhalls.
5. No work life balance at all, they say they like to work hard but wont do it themselves and assign it to juniors.
6. Attitude is that anyone and everyone can be replaced anytime but it never works.
