Pros
Aayuja as a company, has great potential. Still at a very nascent stage. The company culture is cool. Your food requirements, right from snacks to dinner are taken care of and of course there's this great pantry which is always stocked up. You get to meet some great people who are in a transition stage and can give you excellent career advice. There's a lot of free time if you figure out how to be smart enough with your work and you can use it to for personal training in sales. There are plenty of people around to help with that. Overall, its a good learning curve, if you are up for it.
Cons
The management had gone from bad to worse in the recent years. Things might change with a new MD taking over recently. But it's too early to comment on that. There's too much of micromanagement and things get ugly some times. The "HR department" needs a special mention in the Cons section. Basically it's been a tool used by the management to screw up with people they have issues with. The current head HR is least bit professional and they are very ambiguous in the information they let out on the floor, just to have it both ways when the time comes. They recruit you by showing you a great picture. Don't fall for it. Do your negotiations well and stress on increasing the 'fixed' part, not the 'variable' one. The leave policy is also not clearly defined and you end up working over-time a lot.
