Unbelievable lack of technological, operational integrity, efficiency, capability, dedication and no how. The company was rifle with backbiting, lack of direction, lassitude, duplication and utterly inept management. Chief management of this company was in the hands of someone who had absolutely no understanding of the sales process, marketing and internal operations were hampered by some very, very disruptive and offensive forces.
