Pros
A very multicultural work place in the mid-west. They have been a virtual UN by the local paper. It is located in the capital of Iowa and the largest city in the state. They do internet consulting as well as developing a on-line mortgage application. Casual work environment with a mix of skills.
Cons
Being located in Des Moines, IA does not provide a lot of culture or entertainment. The weather is also unpleasant with cold winters and hot humid summers. The company was struggling to support the on-line mortgage app since it was built very quickly on a poor, unscalable design. This pretty much sucked all the profit the consulting business was generating so compensation wasn't what it could have been.
