      1. Joined TV9 Mumbai as a trainee news producer (Hindi) and loved the work culture. 2. Got exposure to broadcast media and met professional seniors team, who guided to learn to work in the fast paced news environment

      1. Working/shift timings are fixed but normally not followed. 2. Absence of standard appraisal system.

      Good company, looks after employees, good pay, good work environment. Good to work for , looks after its employees. Would recommend this company

      Not that I can think of, may be they can pay more to the employees, and provide better benefits to the employees.
