Low pay and you will NEVER get a raise unless you threaten to quit and they need you They do not match your 401K The company Christmas party is a 30 minute lunch inside the dusty warehouse Promotions are based on if you are liked rather than your job performance Lack of communication within departments and no clear direction There are a lot of bitter employees that are unhappy and have given up on excelling because they haven't been rewarded Upper management pits employees against each other and talks behind their backs
