I work on the implementation team at ABIS, and it’s one of the most challenging & rewarding roles I’ve had. Implementations are real projects with real pressure. Customers depend on us to get it right. Expectations can be high, but I'm not on an island to get it done. The team collaborates and gets development involved, leadership is accessible, and when things get tough people step up instead of disappear. You are trusted with responsibility early. If you take ownership, communicate well, and want to grow, you’ll get opportunities quickly. The culture values performance, accountability, and long term relationships with customers. Strong team culture, meaningful impact, free energy drinks/ lots of team meals, gym and pool table in the office.

There is a constant learning curve, which was hard to get used to in the beginning. Some of the team work very fast in their areas of expertise and it is tough to remember that its not a requirement to keep up.

ABIS is easily greatest company I have ever worked for. The hiring process is very detailed to make sure the "right people get on the bus" as Russell says. The people I work with are also the people I invite to my personal events. The company has built an amazing culture focused on family and doing what you love. The office environment itself is awesome, it is definitely not your boring gray-wall cubicle filled office setting. If you put in the work, you will surely succeed at ABIS.

You have to be very self disciplined to work at ABIS. There is no micromanaging; you have assignments that you have to accomplish and if you don't accomplish them, it's on you. That isn't really a con, but working for ABIS is not for people who lack self motivation.
