Very toxic and negative workplace - Anonymous employee ABP Food Group Employee Review

Very toxic management which have their favourites. Will only promote people who fit in their toxic way. Some management were racist and xenophobic. Oftentimes will talk down to you. Encourage cutting corners to achieve production targets. Graduate scheme was well run but it was not backed by the production management so you didn't really end up following it.
