I have worked for the company for over 10 years now, and simply wouldn't still be here if it wasn't a great place to work. The owner is very personable and appreciates all the hard work from everyone. Helping homeowners solve their problems. Being a part of a team and family atmosphere.

Slower in December and January.

Could be decent money if the customer pays

Owner is crazy. Use your own vehicle, no payment for fuel. Manage the project while running sales calls. All the effort is not worth it. 100% commission is risky with no base when you have to run your own car. Your insurance will go up. GM is all about the money, nothing else. The owner is not present much.
