Pros

Everyone at AC is a true music fan and has their heart in the right place. They put their heart and soul into their events and it shows.

Cons

There is not a lot of emphasis on professional development for the younger employees. Because of that, it's a great place to cut your teeth in the industry, but upward mobility is a challenge.

great perks- free concert tickets, cool swag, behind the scenes exclusives, great team, amazing industry.

Cons

There is limited to no upward mobility, I know employees who have been there for years and are still part-time and are barely making above poverty wages. You will be underpaid, overworked, and teased with the possibility of promotions "after you prove yourself".
