Pros
Staff that don’t have a managerial position (supervisors excluded) are amazing. The team is very friendly and welcoming, you learn a lot because you’re thrown in the deep end from the beginning. So you’ll quickly learn how to change beer kegs, or cash up, or just taking full responsibility of your shift.
Cons
Just be aware that the customers are always right, even if you are racially attacked. Managers don’t really know what they’re doing, but are good at gaslighting you to believe they are listening but falls on death ears. I personally think this would be a great job once they replace the managers that are there (especially the General Manager) Also, please be aware you’ll be on shift at some point without a manager or another team member as they never have staff.
