      Ac Lewis is the best place I have ever worked, the upper management is always there for you and always trying to make this the best work environment for all employees. They are always understanding for all situations. I've never been happier at a job.

      I can not say anything negative about the company. They are the best.

      Pros

      -compensation and bonuses are very competitive -executive management is open to new ideas and systems and helping you grow into new roles and responsibilities -many benefits and perks of employment-including a half day off each month, amounting to an extra week off per year not deducted from PTO -dental, major medical, IRA, company match available -company events, parties and bonuses

      Current market conditions and the present economy reveal some challenges however the company is undergoing major operational adaptations to continue to stay ahead of the curve
