The worst managed organization - Anonymous employee ACA International Employee Review

Staff is supported and engaged.

New offices are great so no real cons.

I've been at ACA International for just under a year now. My experience has been wonderful. The work is interesting and fun. The atmosphere and culture are incredibly positive. I'd describe it as warm, welcoming and supportive. I'm consistently impressive by the caliber of employee at ACA. Staff here are smart, friendly, and professional. Creative contributions are made (and encouraged) at all levels of the organization. I'm sure this is one of the primary reasons staff tends to stick around. Indeed, several employees have spent decades (and in some cases their entire career) with ACA. I can't speak to the culture that existed before I joined the organization. But I can say that since ACA brought on a new CEO in 2018, it has been entirely positive. He's a wonderful person and a great leader. There's somewhat of an inverted or upside down pyramid model under his leadership, with senior management empowering employees to take a more prominent role in the organization. ACA is truly an amazing place to work.

I can't think of anything worthy of a negative comment at this point, but I'll revisit this review if something changes down the road.
