      - knowledgable team mates and co-workers - welcoming environment - hybrid work environment

      Cons

      - leadership has questionable decision making skills like hiring decisions - they expect PhD level articles even though they've hired someone with a bachelors - there is no creativity or openness to creativity

      Pros

      Their offices are situated in beautiful downtown Toronto and they have many remote-based employees. Check their careers website.

      Cons

      This is a desktop software company trying very hard to venture into and pretending to sell enterprise software. Sales folks are not needed to sell desktop software and those hired to sell enterprise software are fired or leave soon after being hired. Check linkedin for the past couple of years to see that 3-4 people come and go every year. Sales folks turnover -defined as number of separations / average number of employees - is very high, especially in North America.
