Calls to customers who really didnt care.
11 hour shifts with no lunches or breaks.
No coverage.
Worked alone, even when busy.
Had to travel to get any hours.
Ridiculous expectations for sales and direct deposits.
Benefits arent nearly as good as any other financial institution.
They did not care about the safety of their employees. Required to make it into work durning blizzards with black ice if you were helping cover in a different town.
Pay was horrible! Constantly on pay freezes. Could make more at McDonald's! Financial institutions and banks will pay $7-9 more an hour!
This company did not feel like it actually cared about you. And in the multiple years I worked there. It got worse and worse!
This job also is high stress. So much fraud. And its on you if you cash the bad check. But its also on you when you decline bad checks. You cant win! And there is no room to move up.
