Pros
Most people here are friendly and approachable. There's also complimentary lunch and parking.
Cons
There seems to be a high prevalence of nepotism and overly personal relationships influencing decisions. Some personal relationships are taken too far and it makes you ponder about the morals of the people in this school. One small mistake will lead to the entire management to dislike you and they will forever have their eyes own you, thinking how to get rid of you. No proper communication channels are set up even after being here for many years, and people constantly Whatsapp or Telegram you at add hours. Trainings are overwhelming and a lot of times, not relevant. No bonuses since the day my first day many years back, and overall lack of transparency. “Policies” are always changing, following management’s desires. People are also generally lacking in common sense and staff are always gaslit by the management.
