Cons
I feel compelled to express my deep concerns about the issues that have made this an increasingly difficult place to work. The management’s decision-making is often erratic and unclear, leaving staff in a constant state of confusion and uncertainty. This lack of direction has severely impacted morale and the ability to carry out our responsibilities effectively. There is virtually no room for career growth. Hardworking and qualified staff members are frequently passed over for promotions in favor of individuals who engage in boot-licking and favoritism. The culture of nepotism is palpable, making it demotivating for those who hope to advance based on merit. Adding to the frustration, instead of investing in meaningful professional development, internal training sessions are often led by individuals who lack the necessary qualifications. These sessions provide little value and often feel like a waste of time. Another major issue is the scheduling of mandatory meetings and training sessions outside of regular working hours—often after school and even on weekends. This lack of respect for staff’s personal time is unacceptable and further contributes to the toxic work environment. Rather than fostering a supportive and collaborative culture, the focus seems to be on overloading staff without consideration for their well-being. Good luck to those who are considering to join. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. Overall, the combination of poor leadership, lack of career progression, and a disregard for staff’s time and professional development has created an unhealthy and unsustainable work environment. Will I consider to rejoin? Thank you next.
