Pros
The Chula Vista office is full of the most passionate people I’ve ever worked with. The BIs are all wonderful and truly care about the clients. We have a lot of in-clinic clients so it’s nice to feel like part of a community, which is rare in the ABA field as it’s often mostly out in homes. Our front office staff is also very helpful and kind. It feels like a family!
Cons
We are outgrowing our office! Which is a great problem to have. Client cancellations are always tough, but part of the field. ACES does a good job trying to problem solve that issue.
