Pros
Personally, I don't have any pros working here.
Cons
1. Communication is whack. •Being given this whole channel of "call this, so they can call parents, so we can notify of blah blah blah" is super messy and inefficient. I'm being told different things by different people and policies are always changing. I called off for a business trip and when I get back, I'm in trouble for not notifying anyone, when I had already gone through the proper channels (that they apparently don't check). And after that incident, a notice gets sent out about how to /actually/ call off in advance. •The fact that our main channel of communication is an app (LUA) on the company iPad we are given and that we are NOT allowed to download to our personal phones means that I'd miss messages left and right if I stepped anywhere away from my iPad. I had asked a few supervisors for their phone numbers for quicker communication, and although they gave it to me, they also said I should just LUA them. Literally the whole point is to communicate if I can NOT LUA them... I received a message saying a requirement had not been met for the current month, but I had never received that notice ever. And I had not been doing anything different outside of my sessions. I have no idea what this requirement is or where it came from. There was also another monthly requirement that I didn't know about until I had to get in trouble for it.
