Pros

The people are nice and ultimately mean well. Clients are are also great.

Cons

Completely unorganized. The left hand has not even been introduced to the right hand and everyone is going in their own direction. A constant mix-up of dates, locations and facts. I've yet to have a smooth week with them, something always changes or does not go as planned. Interviewer says one thing, HR then says another. Wasted several days "training"-- staring at a power point presentation learning theory but little else. Supervisors actions immediately contradicted rules the training emphasized. Training time would have been much better spent shadowing, or something closer to it. I agree with what others have said: tons of driving you're not expecting. I applied for a job in a specific town but drove literally hundreds of miles for various assignments and have yet to work where I was expecting when I applied and told when I interviewed. The time keeping system is absurd and rarely works. (They rely on a free app!) I honestly gave this company every benefit of the doubt and hung in for as long as I could but they continually disappoint. Ultimately I think the problem is this is a for-profit company trying to do non-profit work. Their bottom line is monetary and aimed at appeasing insurance companies when in fact it should be more client centered.

Pros

barely any pros. the kiddos themselves and the relationships with them you build.

Cons

RUN. cash cow private equity company. They used to be a great company until as of late. Now it’s all about chasing the money . They fired an entire team just to use AI for scheduling that doesn’t know what a “schedule” or “availability /hours available” are. and if you don’t just say yes to the 1 hour warning text from an AI bot? good luck not getting written up and talked down to. The force you to use your personal phone and blow it up through the entire day , but don’t pay a phone stipend or provide a work phone. turn over is insane to the point “new” RBT’s don’t even know who the clinic director is and thinks they are a fellow RBT. most gossip and clique together and if you don’t belong within that- good luck getting any support or guidance.
