Great Place for Self-Starters - Business Analyst ACGI Software Employee Review

Employees are expected to take ownership of their work and be a self-starter. I see this as a pro to working here. I like the independence I have to manage my work as I see fit to best meet the deadlines and priorities of customers and projects. Employees that are not comfortable managing their own time and priorities and prefer to be told what to do and when to do it do not thrive here. Taking initiative and diving in are the keys to success. Very family friendly - they are understanding of needing to take care of family and encourage a work-life balance. Very low-drama overall.
