Literally everything else. Bad wages, high output expectations, high turnover, treat employees as disposable, managers with fewer qualifications than employees that have been there ten years, some toxic people, politics, zero safety (as in can't believe they don't get audited and shut down), when auditors did come by one time I was quickly told beforehand to "clean up and make sure everything looks safe and decent and that im wearing personal safety equipment" never cared any other time.
