Pros

No Pros that I can think of. This company is extremely misleading and dishonest when it comes to their hiring and employment practices.

Cons

I've experienced first-hand how it is to work for Acme, and how it is to be wronged by them. This isn't a company that can handle insightful and creative employees with a desire to be more than just old school salesmen. That's probably why their creative department has such a high turnover rate, and I use the word "creative" VERY loosely. They actually prefer employees who are lacking in intellect, because it's easier to control them and make them do whatever they want, exactly how they want it done, no questions asked. Making the decision to leave Acme was the best thing I could have done for myself and my sanity. While I regret ever having even applied there, I'm glad that the experience opened my eyes to the fact that I am an intelligent individual who should never again settle for just any job, with just any company. I wish I had done some things to protect myself somehow, because I ended up in a position that was NOTHING like what they made me believe it was going to be. I just hope one day someone actually holds them legally responsible for their deceitful hiring and employment schemes.

Pros

Working from home 2x a week.

Cons

This company has no idea what it’s doing. They don’t take suggestions from employees on what might work for them. There is no communication- and if someone isn’t in your department (even if they are and you don’t speak to them regularly) they ignore you . The nepotism among high ups is insane , if you basically aren’t the family they don’t wanna hear it and they don’t care about their employees. HR basically doesn’t want to be bothered with any questions you have once hired. And through the hiring process they make you do a drug test and a background check … which takes forever to even find out if you get hired or not.
