Pros
Allows you to choose how far you want to go with nobody else deciding how much your time is worth or when to promote you. You own the equity that you put into the company. The opportunity that is POSSIBLE is amazing. This company, in comparison to the work place has allowed me to choose how many hours I work and how much money i make. It's flexible so allows to me to use my time how i like. I work with who i want, when i want and how i want. It may be hard, but at least it is possible to have financial freedom. In the workplace it isn't possible. I would rather put my time into something that allows it to be possible no matter how hard it may be. Im a female and I'm 20 years old, through this business i have managed to have a stable income and look after my fathers bills too. I do this business part time on the side of studying at university, currently in my final year with a massive work load but what makes it all easier is being a part of ACN. So i'd like to spread the word and help people to understand this company properly.
Cons
It does take work in order to get results. It also can be a bit of an emotional roller coaster so isn't for the weak hearted. It is very highly misunderstood by a part of the public who say things like: "You cannot make any money unless you get customers" - my respond to this is Yes, you do have to get customers, it is part of the job role which is very clearly stated on the compensation plan. That's like becoming a chef and then complaining that you are being asked to cook food.. "Only few actually make it" - Yes only a few make millions but there are hundreds of thousands of people making a profit no matter how big or small it is. And this is directly influenced by that individuals efforts so you'll notice a direct correlation between the millionaires efforts and the 1000 a month persons efforts. "You are mislead at the presentations" - This depends on who is presenting the opportunity and i cannot comment on whether or not they are saying misleading statements. However what i can say is that this is a representation of the people presenting it and NOT the company. The policies and procedures are in place to make sure people aren't misleading others and so if people are found to be misleading they will face the correct consequences. I would also say that if somebody spends x amount on joining a business they should take the time to read the terms and conditions and the compensation plan themselves. As human's we have responsibility for ourselves and cannot blame others for our lack of looking for the information.
