You have to do the work and acquire customers and it is not for everyone. I received advise from a millionaire that people make A LOT of money either doing something people cannot do(Michael Jordan) or doing something people are not willing to do.(Make calls and network) If you cannot get by your fear DO NOT PURSUE THIS.

Can't think of any pros.

The so-called Chairman is a total scam artist. He expects people work for him for free, or better yet, offer him money and resources instead. He hired interns from different countries to show his less educated Chinese clients that he has an international business network. All the director profiles on the website are fake. These people don't work for/with him and he just needed their faces for show. Stay away from this toxic trap!
