Pros

Good work life balance for married people. WFH during hard pandemic times. Hybrid work at current scenario.

Cons

In my many years of experience here, I observed - *Very less hike , like tcs * Delayed appraisals * Delayed fresher confirmation * Less job security * Bond traps Ultimately, for financial and salary related benifit, nothing much for employees. For fast career growth, better to choose other options. Hope it's easy to understand.

Pros

"No pros" other than timely salary credit. 90 % + positive reviews are fake and generated by organisation. This review is true one you are seeing here.

Cons

"See Headline again". In this progressive world having limited thought , slavery culture getting promoted . On joining day - They asks you 3-5 years employment bond (Probation is not included here (Scam right probational year + 3 suppose = 4 yr ?) They will not mention about the probation period at all initially. And will force to sign a 5 page document suddenly & HR sitting infront, even no proper time given to read in joining day. They even will not let you leave form organisation peacefully and respectfully by bond threat, penalty money threat, not relieving early expecting the next offer should be cancelled which you got. suppose if you are getting better somewhere which you are not getting here, even not matching the price of other offers. This is breach of individual independence to take decision and stopping someone from working in other places if you don't wish here to work. They don't want your personal growth, no trainings, nothing. Simply will ask money to Don't trust HR blindly. They ruin you to show their performance. Don't sign aggreement immediately.
